Terms of use
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Terms and Conditions regulate the legal relationship between Sunbeam Productions OÜ (registry code 14008947, J. Kunderi tn 10-10, Tallinn, 10128; hereinafter the “Company”) and the person making a purchase (the “Customer”) when buying products and services from the Meelte Videvik online store.
1.2. In addition to these Terms, transactions made through the online store are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. The Company has the right to amend the Terms and Conditions and the prices of products and services. Changes will be announced in the online store environment and will take effect upon publication. Transactions are subject to the terms and prices valid at the time of purchase.
1.4. The product selection, prices, and campaigns in the online store may differ from those offered at Meelte Videvik events.
2. PRICES
2.1. All prices are in euros and include value-added tax (VAT) of 22% applicable in the Republic of Estonia.
2.2. A delivery fee will be added depending on the chosen shipping method and will be calculated in the shopping cart.
2.3. When using a discount code, the discount will be applied after entering the code in the shopping cart.
2.4. The Company has the right to withdraw from a sales transaction if a product has been listed with an incorrect price due to an error.
3. PLACING AN ORDER
3.1. The Customer adds a product to the shopping cart, selects a size if necessary, and clicks “Add to Cart.”
3.2. Products can be modified or removed in the shopping cart until payment is made.
3.3. To confirm the order, the Customer must enter the required information and select a payment method.
3.4. An order is considered confirmed after payment has been received.
3.5. An order confirmation is sent to the Customer’s email address.
3.6. The Company has the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock, defective, or mistakenly listed in the system.
4. PAYMENT
4.1. All orders in the online store must be paid in full in advance.
4.2. Payments can be made via Montonio Finance OÜ payment solutions (including bank links, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal).
4.3. Payments are processed in a secure environment; the Company does not have access to the Customer’s payment details.
4.4. After the order and payment are confirmed, the Customer will receive an order confirmation email.
5. DELIVERY
5.1. Products are delivered within the European Union and to selected other countries.
5.2. Delivery partners are Omniva, Itella SmartPOST, and DPD.
5.3. The Customer pays the delivery costs.
5.4. Orders are handed over to the postal service provider within 3 business days after order confirmation.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
6.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the transaction within 14 days from receiving the goods.
6.2. To withdraw, the Customer must send a notice to info@meeltevidevik.com.
6.3. The product must be returned within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice.
6.4. Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
6.5. The Company will refund the money within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
6.6. For hygiene reasons, opened packages of underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
7. SUBMITTING CLAIMS
7.1. The Company is liable for defects in the goods for up to two years from the date of delivery.
7.2. Defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery.
7.3. The Customer may request repair, replacement, termination of the contract, or a refund.
7.4. In the case of defects, the Company bears the costs of return and repair.
7.5. In the event of disputes, the Customer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee (https://www.tarbijakaitseamet.ee/et/tarbijavaidluste-komisjon) or the European Union online dispute resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm).
8. PRIVACY POLICY
8.1. The controller of personal data is Sunbeam Productions OÜ.
8.2. Data processing complies with Estonian and European Union data protection laws.
8.3. Processed data: name, email address, phone number, and purchase history.
8.4. Data is used for fulfilling orders and providing services.
8.5. Data is not disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or to contractual partners (e.g., logistics and payment service providers).
8.6. Data transmission is encrypted and secure.
8.7. Customers have the right to access their data and request correction or deletion by contacting info@meeltevidevik.com.
8.8. The use of cookies and analytics is disclosed in the online store.
